B’Nai Yoel a school for some families from the community of Kiryas Joel in Mondroe, NY has snatched much of its 415 acre Woodbury property off County Rt. 105 from the auction block by paying a tax bill last Wednesday of almost $225,000.00.
County officials say B’Nai Yoel still owes almost $102,000.00 its unclear when that payment is due. Zalman Tyrnauer, a B’Nai Yoel administrator, declined comment on Thursday.
