    Those who oppose the development of the Brooklyn waterfront, like David Yassky, cry for more “affordable housing.”
    I have one question for these “affordable housing” advocates: affordable for whom?

    How suitable will the Brooklyn skylines look with all this out of proportion huge towers.

    And how will this mix of diversity, effect the local community.

    And again “affordable to whom” to the developers?

    A luxury tower without affordable units could rise up to 40 stories. With affordable units a builder could add seven stories more, a bonus of 18 percent, that will benefit the developers.
