The Bill That Would Allow Kutcher’s to be the next Casino is getting closer.

Governor Pataki today announced he was submitting legislation to the Assembly and Senate to approve the terms of his proposed settlement agreement between the state and the Akwesasne Mohawks to settle the Mohawk Indian land claim. Part of that deal would pave the way for the first Native American casino to be built in the Catskills, at Kutscher’s Sports Camp in the Town of Thompson.
