Police say a trooper clocked Solomon Feder, 18, of Kiryas Yoel, traveling “in excess of 95 mph” in a 2004 Lexus heading east on Route 17 in the Village of Chester at 6 a.m. yesterday.
The trooper chased the car at 140 mph, but the man refused to pull over. The man finally stopped in the Town of MonDroe, he was arrested and charged with reckless endangerment, driving with a revoked license, reckless driving, speeding and a host of other traffic offenses. He was sent to Orange County Jail on $1,500 cash bail.

The trooper had to do 140 to catch up to the Lexus. No where does it say the Lexus was doing 140.
