a good friend of mine was over there with his wife to adopt a young orhan, and let me tell you he told me stories about the authorities over there, alot of corruption even in the military, they were shaken down by soldiers on the street for money when they found out they were americans. he was happy to get out of the country. he said the people there are nuts.
