The Times Herald-Record staffers won awards for writing and photography in the New York State Associated Press Association’s 2004-05 contest. The awards were presented yesterday at the annual meeting and awards banquet. The Record competed with other newspapers with circulations of 50,000 to 125,000 for writing awards.
