Sullivan County, Fallsburg is forming a zoning committee to give zoning advice if 10 bungalows per acre should still be allowed in this town?
The nine-member committee was chosen by the Town Board to update the town’s comprehensive plan, since thousands of new homes and bungalows are planned, especially since many residents are calling for a building moratorium.
