Parksville – The former Paramount Hotel, in Sullivan County, was sold for $3.7 million in a federal bankruptcy auction.
The bidder was Jacob Selechnik, he must close on the property by Dec. 22 or forfeit a $370,000 deposit.

The 84.5 acre property includes a 183-room hotel, private lake, indoor and outdoor pools and a club.
The sale also includes 130 acres of farmland and a 10-acre bungalow colony.
