Brooklyn +Belt Pkwy Traffic Alert+ Eastbound of the Belt Parkway and 8th Street near the Shore Parkway, Toys R’ US parking lot,an unauthorized tractor trailer on the parkway struck the pedestrian overhead bridg and spilled its load and caused structural damage late last night, ESU was requested to cut off the top of the trailer, cleanup and inspection is ongoing this morning, some lanes are closed causing delays.
