Kedem Wine on NY Times List for Recommended Wine Under $20

The surprising sweetness in Baron Herzog’s charming 2005 Jeunesse cabernet sauvignon recalls Manischewitz. The wine’s name (meaning “youth”) suggests Beaujolais nouveau. The grape variety originated in Bordeaux. The lush fruitiness is Californian. Thus this Central Coast red, from the Royal Wine Corporation’s new winery in Oxnard, Calif., can provide hints of nostalgia and modernism at Passover seders, wich you could get for $10.95 and delivered citywide.
