Ramapo, NY – The developer of a yeshiva with adult student housing will return to town court tomorrow to face charges of running a preschool out of a trailer on the construction site.
The Town Attorney’s Office intends to move ahead with its prosecution of Mosdos Chofetz Chaim, after the Zoning Board of Appeals decided Thursday night not to hear an appeal.

While the zoning board rejected Mosdos Chofetz Chaim’s request to adjourn the matter, it did permit the congregation to re-apply for a hearing.
