New York, NY – City Council Considers Horse Carriage Limits

New York, NY – The city council is considering new legislation to confine horse drawn carriages to Central Park.

City Councilman Tony Avella says the horse drawn carriages belong in the past and are just too dangerous for Midtown traffic.

The ASPCA says it fully supports legislation restricting horse drawn carriages to Central Park.
