Haifa, Israel – The Haifa District Attorney’s Office filed an indictment in Court against Assaf Ben David for conspiring with the enemy, and having contact with a foreign agent.
The indictment accused Ben David of contacting his brother, a member of Islamic Jihad and other terror organizations to aid in attacks against Israel.

Ben David, a 39 year-old Palestinian who converted to Judaism, left both his village and his religion to become a haredi, he received his Israeli citizenship in 1996. He married an Israeli woman, with whom he has two children and two stepchildren who currently serve in the Israeli army.
Ben David’s brother, Saleh Suafta, was an Islamic Jihad activist who had been wanted by security forces for a long period of time, and Ben David was aware of his brother’s involvement in the terror organization.
According to the indictment, the brothers renewed contact with each other towards the end of 2006, and conspired to aide in Islamic Jihad attacks. Ben David agreed to purchase nitrous acid for his brother, to be used in the preparation of explosives.
Maybe this was his plan, to become “Jewish” and then help his arab brethren.
can we renounce his gerus l’mafrayah?
Come on people don’t you see this is a chiloni setup. The indicment is out of Haifa. They hate the chareidi so much that they will stoop this low. He never had anything to do with his ‘brother’. They set this whole thing up to get a charedi in the klink so that they could feel good about themselves. Wait until this goes to trial you will see one of two things with this case. 1) the prosecution shuts down his defense team by saying that everything is confidential. If this happends he will sit.
2) The case will fall appart after any defense lawyer gets their hands on the ‘evidence’ etc..
I guess we’ll wait and see.
Sounds like a sick dude.
I wonder if he’s also friendly with the Teran visitors
A good Charedi he is…
This is what happens when you are desperate for people to become citizens then they screw you in the back
