Most of you are missing the point. It’s the overall attitude of ‘whatever I want to do goes, as long as it saves me some money’. There is a reason 99% of Jews out there use regular, licensed, insured matza bakeries. You are dealing with furnaces that reach thousands of degrees, and to do this in a school bus, in a back yard, in THAT tightly packed neighborhood is simple straight-forward p’shia. If something goes wrong, if one gas line catches fire, and people get hurt, would all you apologists still stand by these meshugaim? To say that it’s ok because nothing went wrong for three years is tantamount to saying that you can send your three-year old across Ocean Parkway without assistance because he hasn’t been killed in three years. It’s the attitude: z’kummt tzi mir. I can do whatever I want, I don’t need to follow the law. These people probably adhere to every possible chumra in matza baking, but in the process forget about the simplest of the simple: plain old common sense, not to speak of this colossal chillul Hashem. I hope the cops slap this congregation with a huge and painful fine, it’s the only language they understand.

i saw the clip on cw11 and they zoomed in on the neighbor and she lookes like a goy or non religous and she was yelling that she just wants to keep the neighborhood safe but the city is amazed by this bus the science behind it and they want to keep it there and make it safer it has to be a little away from the house and its back in buisness mey god bless this congregation with full blessings and hatzlocho rabboh.

Your logic eludes me. you say
the bus could have easily exploded because the gas line feeding into the bus was illegal and then you jump to the conclusion and therefore probably not connected properly.
But it worked for the last two and a half years. The black plastic pipe coming out of the side of the bus looks more like a drain pipe and if you look on the side of the bus there is a huge pile of wood, usually associated with matzah baking.
Then you say:

NO! NO! NO! If you listen to the news clip you will hear them say a neighbor (not specified frum or not) smelled smoke. If they lived in a neighborhood where fireplaces were more common, they probably would have never noticed.
There is a follow up story in the journal news to this near catastrophe which says: The building inspector says the bus has to be ten feet away from the house and he wants an engineers report that the oven is safe. Then they can continue baking. End of story. Thanks to all you self hating Jews for praying for a worse case scenario so you could complain how miserable other Jews are and for letting us know that you’re self hating Jews. I think I’ll go into self pity mode. I’ve earned it.

Do any of you know how expensive fire insurance is for a real matzah bakery? The first thing the insurance company asks is what you intend to do in the building. When they hear that you will light bonfires in the building on a daily basis the anti-semites, for no good reason, decide to increase the fire insurance cost. The bus was a great idea, if it blows up you collect on the auto insurance policy. No auto insurance company ever asked on their application whether you intend to light fires on the bus. Whoever masered on this matzah bus just ruined it for the rest of us. Now we need to think of some other shtick.

Its not the oven that gets me upset, I am sick and tired of the idiot “Congregations” that own houses all over Monsey. My taxes are through the roof and these clowns live in Congregations.

Enough of this already. Please crack down on all those stealing from all their neighbors. These people are not stealing from the Town, they are stealing from everyone one of us who need to pay more to cover the budget for money lost by these morons.
