Goshen, NY – A Goshen volunteer firefighter has been charged with setting four fires, all in the village.
In two of them, he reported them and in the other two, he was a responding fireman.

Goshen Village Police Chief James Watt said Michael Kohn, 18, was arrested after Det. David Conklin cracked the case while investigating a specific piece of evidence.
Kohn was charged with four counts of arson and remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $50,000 bail.
He is charged with setting fires to a barn at 58 John Street, to an occupied home at 113 Webster Avenue and to an unoccupied Ford Explorer while parked in a parking lot on St. James Place.
Kohn reported the barn fire and the car fire and also responded to the other two. [Mid Hudson News]
