The boy, who police did not identify, called Ramapo police with the false claims between June 4 and June 28. All the calls related to Ner Hatorah School, which is located at 65 College Road in Monsey.

The boy was a former student of the yeshiva. If he had been an adult he would have been charged with seven counts of falsely reporting an incident, a felony.

Ramapo police detectives worked with the Rockland County Sheriff’s Departments communications division to locate and identify the caller. He will have to appear before Rockland County Family Court at a later date. [The Journal News – VIN]

Is this the same kid that caused an accident on 306 a year or 2 ago? He was hitching and told the driver he had a bomb.
