Manhattan, NY +Shots Fired at Passing Vehicle on FDR Drive+ NYPD Portable and NYPD ESU Adam-1 are on the scene with a vehicle that the driver claimes hearing shots being fired and it shattered the window of the vehicle while passing Grand Street on the southbound lanes of the FDR Drive, no injuries have been reported at this time and unknown where the shots came from. NYPD Highway units have been requested.
Driveway has been shut down for police activity.
