Brooklyn, NY – There is a warning from police this Saturday morning about a new car-theft ploy in New York.
They say he rear-ended a 76-year-old woman’s car in the Ocean Parkway section of Brooklyn Thursday.
When the woman got out to look at the damage, the suspect got in and drove off with her car and her purse.
The woman was not hurt, but says what the suspect did is despicable.
