The perps were seen on Bush Garden grounds on Sunday the 8th. Their description was given to the cops.
One tall, and one short Tinkele guys. They had a car accident that day. When the cops came they immediately knew who the perps were. They were at the scene of the accident that day.

The idiot perps broke into three cars (all of which were not alarmed) and stole the portable
GPS systems as well as a Tefillin bag etc.
