New York, NY – The Department of Buildings is cracking down on oversized signs around the city in residential areas, handing out citations to over 85 buildings emblazoned with oversized signs.
Building Commissioner Patricia Lancaster said, there are some that are an eysore and they need to come down – with a possibilty of penalties of up to $15,000 each.
