Sergio Valderrama, a sanitation worker from Spring Valley, was crossing West Central Avenue from behind a stopped garbage truck, Ramapo Police Sgt. Brian Corbett said, when he was hit by a 1999 Chevrolet sedan driven by Abraham Inger, 62, of Monsey.
Valderrama suffered head injuries and Monsey Hatzolah Ambulance took him to Good Samaritan Hospital in Suffern.
The Ramapo police accident investigation unit was reviewing the incident. No tickets have been issued, Corbett said. [Journal News]
anonymous 710 pm: the call does not go automatically to hatzolah stop bluffing I LIVE AROUND THE CORNER
Why dont you just answer the very stupid question by saying that Hatzoloh is much faster than the local EMT. That would likely help in a situation where even though it was an accident, Hatzoloh would get him to the hospital with better trained personel, and hopefuly avoid the patient dying and thereby moving the accident to a possible homocide.
So in all those posts if one was to say “jew” and rockland EMT how many people would say ANTI-SEMITIC!!!
its illegal not to go to a call because its a goy and sometimes even on shabbos rabbonim paskined you have to go to a call even if its a goy or they will close down hatzolah. they call hatzolah because they come right away and ambulance takes alot longer.
When you call 911 in this heimishe area of Monsey the call goes automatically to Hatzoloh. Nothing moronic about it, but yes, sometimes a goy will get hurt even in this neighborhood and it is probably impossible to call 911 and say don’t send Hatzoloh because it’s a goy.
why not????????
