I think this is every where not just in the yeshivas, all it is the kids want too fit in and that is where peer pressure falls into play. My goodness I know kids that come from wealthy families and guess what the parents have no idea there kids are doing this.
But in yeshivas it doubled and parents don’t know about it. And Rosh Yshivahs put a blind eye to it.
