The store will become the first latte-and-loan spot in the city, and perhaps the entire country.

The duo is coming together because the building's owner, SL Green Realty, didn't want to divide the 5,500-square-foot space that the bank wanted for its branch. [nypost]

What happens when the bank is closed but the coffee shop is open, like on weekends or in the evening?

Will they close off the bank part of the store?

The only [potential] problem with this setup might be that a person who has an appointment to change the Transmission Fluid might have their tooth extracted by mistake.

Similar to Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, or KFC and Taco Bell, why not save on rent and host a larger (potential) client pool.
