You have negative feelings towards these two wonderful organizations, because you are a negative person.
I will tell you what i find objectionable about Shomrim. I drive in Boro Park and see unmarked cars with lights and sirens and an atitude. You could be doing the finest job and when you act arrogantly in the street you lose the public opinion. The same is true for Hatzolah that use (abuse) their privelages in non emergency situautions. When any of these oiskim b’tzibur are not on a call, they have to abide by all the traffic rules that the rest of us must abide by. In those instances a blaring siren used solely because someone is getting fidgety, leaves people such as myself with these avoidable negative feelings.
i still dont know why shomrim members dont get bullet proof vests and hand cuffs when they respond to calls
i heard there were 2 shomrim members that got hurt while trying to detain the perp
btw for all those hockers that knock shomrim should know they are the only org. that when they respond to a call they dont know if the scene is danger or not if there are weapons involved or not…etc…etc…not like many of the other org that respond to safe calls and know where there respopnding to
Remember RESPECT the people who are thier for you and your family 24 hours a day ready to help not like the people who criticize and when you need them for help they tell you call the shomrim beacause we can only big bad mouth the people who do good for others
Shomrim is the only organization that the members are ready to put thier life on the line for another YID
Plain Story:
Jewish lady walking on 9th Avenue & 41 Street and a Black lady comes up from behind and start hitting her & takes off her sheitel. She screamed for help and the 2 black males that were standing on the corner said they are not mixing in.
A yingerman passing by in his car jumped out and came to the help of the lady & called Shomrim.
Shomrim arrives the black female and 2 of her boy friends start attacking the shomrim members with fist flying in all directions. A 13 was called and all the members responded.
PD was called and arrested the black female for assult.
It’s amazing to me the selflessness of Shomrim and Hatzoloh of course in nearly any situation and when frum dopes become annoyed at their helping someone who isn’t Jewish they get crazy. It’s not your business and it’s the right thing for these terrific organizations to do. Helping humanity, period. Stop whining.

Boro Park Shomrim received a call for a female being assaulted on 40th Street & 9th Avenue a few moments ago. Upon arrival, the Shomrim member was attacked by one of the perps. Hatzolah is now on the scene and are treating both patients. NYPD 66th PCT has one perp in custody, and are searching for a second perp.
