Iran has started legal proceedings against former Argentinian interior minister Carlos Corach, the head of Argentine's Jewish Centre, Ruben Beraja, the former judge in charge of the case Juan Jose Galeano, and prosecutors Eamon Mullen and Jose Barbaccia.
'Legal proceedings have started against these five Argentines and an experienced judge is tasked with investigating their accusations,' Iran's deputy public prosecutor Yadollah Alizadeh said.
He said the men were accused of 'acting against Iran's national security, bribing Iran's opponents outside the country to obtain false statements from them, and media propaganda against the Islamic Republic of Iran.' [khaleejtimes]
