The organization’s central working committee voted 18 to 8 on to end the boycott, which began in 2001, and to send representatives to the next Holocaust Memorial Day commemoration, on Jan. 27, in Liverpool.

The Guardian said that those who voted to attend said the boycott had allowed the council to be accused of anti-Semitism. Those who supported the boycott argued for a more inclusive title like Genocide Memorial Day that they said could give greater recognition to recent genocides like those in Rwanda and Bosnia. The newspaper said there were concerns that the vote might lead some of the 500 organizations in the council to leave.

The Muslim organization is correct that a Holocaust Day is not the exclusive copyright of the Zionists, and other peoples should also be included. Of course this gesture will not help, because the Zionists will continue their slow genocide against the Palestinians and then blame the Palestinians for their suffering.

The Moslems were upset. They would prefer that Holocaust memorial day should be more inclusive. But since they haven’t made a holocaust yet, they feel they’re being excluded.

Can someone please tell me which is worse – boycotting the holocaust, or naming your teddy bear mohammed?
