Bridgwater, NJ – A worker at the Shimon and Sara Birnbaum JCC construction site at Talamini Road fell approximately 18 feet off scaffolding.

The 50-year-old worker, was taken to Somerset Medical center. His injuries are not life threatening.
The $3.2 million construction plan calls for expanding the Talamini Road facility from 36,000 to 57,000 square feet, and is expected to be complete by next summer.
The Jewish Community Center has a membership of about 4,500 people, and thousands more attend programs there.
