Miami, FL – Man Hailed As Hero After Helping Catch Burglars.

Miami, FL – A South Florida man is being called a hero after he helped police catch three burglars.

According to the victims, Edwardo Fields was leaving his home when he noticed suspicious subjects knocking on his neighbors’ home. He called 911 and stayed on the phone with police until their arrival. “Hearing this news, what Mr. Fields did for our community, was beautiful, was wonderful,” said Rabbi Tully Bryks.

The subjects broke in through the French doors and attempted to temporarily take off with a bracelet, before police caught them. “He’s very special, he really is, especially because he’s living amongst orthodox Jews, and you would think he would feel a little bit awkward, but he totally helps us out, and he’s totally part of our community,” said a next door neighbor.

The three suspects are now facing burglary charges. [wsvn]
