A conference has been scheduled to settle the discrimination suit brought by a white state Senate photographer who claims he was fired, and a black photographer hired, when Paterson took over the Senate's Democratic minority. Paterson is black.
The Harlem Democrat — set to take over as governor Monday — has denied the allegation. In court papers, Paterson said he didn't even know the race of either man because he is legally blind.
He said he chose the new photographer mainly because of "loyalty" concerns since the old one had worked for Paterson's political rival. [AP]
So will he be pardoned for everything because after all he is LEGALLY BLIND?
Sounds like some Arab Shikeh, Most of them are blind too.
HE DID NOT KNOW THE RACE OF EITHER BECAUSE HE IS BLIND. IS THAT THE ONLY WAY ONE IDENTIFIES A COLORED PERSON? ONLY BY THE COLOR OF HIS SKIN? REALLY????
