The network has a searchable database of some 1,000 nonprofit groups and government agencies that provide support services to women and families.
Women can find information on childcare, health, education, domestic violence, personal finance and housing.
Mayor Michael Bloomberg and the NYC Commission on Women’s Issues made the announcement on Thursday.

Bloomberg should require that every shul, beth medrash, bes yaakov, mikvah etc. post this information so that frumme yiddeshe women know about this resource.
