Santiago – Chilean brokerage and investment bank Celfin Capital SA refunded $11 million to clients for losses from investments in funds linked to U.S. fraudster Bernard Madoff.

Celfin is covering the losses incurred by about 100 clients, the Santiago-based firm wrote in e-mailed statement today.
