Ohio – John Demjanjuk, facing charges he was a Nazi death camp guard, has marked his 89th birthday by winning a reprieve of his ordered deportation to Germany to face possible trial.

The U.S. government said Friday that it will not deport the accused World War II Nazi guard, who is charged in Europe with 29,000 counts of accessory to murder.
His son says an immigration judge on Friday issued a stay of a deportation expected during the weekend. Germany says Demjanjuk had been expected by Monday.
Demjanjuk had argued that his deportation would amount to torture, given his frail health.

My great grandparents were murdered by the Nazis despite of the fact that they were old and frail!! So what kind of a stupid argument is that??
Who is this judge that decides this killer’s health is too fragile to face deportation? The judge should be forced to give up his robe and gavel.
While I have no gripe with his son as he is not a fault for what his father did. I don’t see why consideration should be give his father as I am sure he gave none to the 29′,000 that perished by his hands. Those who perished were not frail till he made them so. He should rot in hell for what he did.
WHY IS IT THAT ISRAEL DOES NOT REQUEST HIS EXTRADITION? THIS NAZI DEVIL MUST BE TRIED IN ISRAEL AND THEN SHOULD BE BURNED AT THE STAKE. IT IS SHAMEFUL THAT ISRAEL DOES NOT REQUEST HIS EXTRADITION OR THE EXTRADITION OF OTHERS LIKE HIM. INSTEAD WE HAVE OLMERT THE COWARD FREEING TERRORISTS WHO MURDERED INNOCENT PEOPLE.
