Israel – Two central Israel residents in their 20s were arrested in connected with the death of 17-year-old yeshiva student Yiftah Mor-Yosef, who police suspect was killed in a botched underworld hit in Ramle.

Mor-Yosef was sitting on a street bench next to a 36-year-old man – the apparent intended target – and sustained a gunshot wound to the head in the August 5 incident. The man was moderately wounded in the attack.

Police caught the two suspects, from Petah Tikva and Bat Yam respectively, in an undercover operation.

nebach…such a tragedy..but it shows how little control we have over our destinies…when the ebeshter wishes to take back a neshama, it will happen no matter how we live our lives or how much care we take to avoid risk.
