A job posting for openings at Amazon.com’s largest “fulfillment center” in Coffeyville, Kansas offers a glimpse into the secret lives of Amazon employees in charge of filling holiday orders at the online seller’s offline warehouses.
Hoping to find people to help with the rush of holiday shopping, Amazon posted an add to to Express soliciting people to “come work the holiday season with Amazon.com at their largest fulfillment center” and noting that every year, Amazon.com “searches for over 1,000 smart, friendly and dedicated people with a strong work ethic.”
And the other qualifications for potential employees?

Shipping and receiving aren’t much better.

What cruelty a company actually demanding the workers work? I think the Obama administration needs to investigate this travesty how come in our socialist country under the leadership of the supreme leader does a citizen have to work?

This smells like the work of a union.
Sounds like the next Rubashkin scandal….!!!

Hey , lots of my mail orders are from amazon, because i can get free shipping on most of my things. The deliveries usually arrive ontime and in a timely manner.
if you think this is bad you should see how they treat resellers who sign up with them?
do they force anybody to work there or you don’t have to take the job and can quit whenever one wants!
GREEDY LIBS!
That’s right, it’s horrible. We should impose higher standards on Amazon which will result in it closing down here and re-locating overeas.
The Chinese need jobs more than we do, right?
The last time I checked Amzong did not have a gun to anyones head and force them to work in these conditions!
But the million dollar question is how is the Amazon in China treating it’s employees?
