A 1958 DC7 will depart from Teterboro Airport in New Jersey at 10:30 in the morning. The sightseeing plane will travel over the Hudson River to the Verrazano Bridge, out towards Long Island then back to Teterboro.
The flyovers, for a tour being conducted by the Historical Flight Foundation, are expected to last about an hour.

Miminum altitudes
91.119 (b) Over congested areas. Over any congested area of a city, town, or settlement, or over any open air assembly of persons, an altitude of 1,000 feet above the highest obstacle within a horizontal radius of 2,000 feet of the aircraft.
Why do New Yorkers have to be “warned” of a DC-7 flying over? Every time an aircraft flies over, New Yorkers go meshuganah? Please!
