Oslo – Norwegian Lawmaker Denies Holocaust

    13

Oslo – A Norwegian Labour Party Sami MP has caused outrage within his own ranks by denying that the Holocaust ever happened. Fellow politicians are calling for the resignation of Anders Mathisen, who is advocating changing history books after apparently spending months researching WWII concentration camps.

“There is no evidence the gas chambers or mass graves existed. Even reputable Holocaust historians have admitted it cannot be established,” Mathisen told the Finnmarken newspaper, while challenging readers to prove that his views are inaccurate.

“Raul Hilberg, the world’s most renowned Holocaust scholar, spent his entire life working at telling people the Holocaust took place,” he continued. “However, when asked at [the Holocaust denier] Ernst Zundel’s trial in Canada in 1985 if he could prove this, he admitted this was not possible. Even those who examine the gas chambers cannot find any trace gas was used.”

Nordlys newspaper also carried quotes from the MP, who accused Holocaust survivors of exaggerating their accounts of what happened. “I have read a book containing statements from those who were there, and the stories they come with are just not true,” he claimed.

Mathisen showed no remorse for his comments on his Facebook page, writing that he is proud to call himself an anti-Semite if it means “not accepting lies and nonsense”. In addition, he has separately claimed that the public has been brainwashed into the believing in the Holocaust by films like Schindler’s List.

Labour Party Secretary Raymond Johansen denounced his colleague’s comments. “I am shocked and appalled by Anders Mathisen’s statements about the Holocaust,” he said in an email to The Foreigner. “This is Nazi-inspired nonsense and extremely disrespectful to the victims of the Holocaust. This is far from our values,” he added.

Mathisen has refused to resign from the Labour Party but has been told that, as he hasn’t paid his party dues since last year, he is no longer officially a member and that reinstatement will not be possible.

There is no evidence that Norway or its legislature ever existed. Even reputable Scandinavian historians have admitted it cannot be established. In particular, all experts are in agreement that Anders Mathisen does not exist. “Seriously, dudes,” one Israeli scholar of Scandinavian studies is said to have remarked, “since Norway doesn’t exist and its legislature also doesn’t exist, then, kal v’chomer, Anders Mathiesen, a so-called ‘Norwegian’ so-called ‘lawmaker’ cannot possibly exist!”
In a related development, noted Israeli geologists cast doubt on the existence of fjords. “The whole thing sounds like some kind of Norwegian plot,” said Dr. Moshe Rockberger, of Tel-Aviv University. “Or, it would sound like a Norwegian plot, if there were a Norway,” he added.

Mr. Anders Mathisen was probably celebrating ‘Purim’ and was drunk…until
he couldn’t tell the difference between ‘Cursed is A. Mathisen and Blessed are the Jews.’

I don’t understand. If Germany says that there “was” a holocaust with gas chambers a what does it it mean that other individuals say it didn’t happen?

Sweden recently had someone deny the Shoah as well. What are they teaching their children?? Or is the influx of Palestinians into those countries and the almost negligible Jewish presence? This is being denied today when survivors still exist. Imagine in 50 years, how many countries will deny the SHoah and claim all the videotaped evidence and the pictures in the museums are false? GOg and Magog coming.

I’m certain that in a democratic state like Norway, Mr Mathisen will be given ample opportunity to cite a list of reading material that he has studied over the past months, and the sources that brought him to his conclusion. It will undoubtedly make interesting reading.

Norway put up a fierce resistance to the Nazis, and lost many of its citizens to the Nazis. Sweden also took in refugees fleeing Denmark, as well as survivors of the Shoah after the war ended. However, in recent years, some of these Scandinavian countries have experienced large influxes of Arabs.

    #3 – well said.
I always thought Norway as a good country, but now I see they have not only antisemites, but also idiots, very stupid one’s, and the biggest disgrace for the country that this guy is a lawmaker. Now I can imagine what kind of the laws thy have
You can kill anyone since they don’t exist
You can steal anything, since it also didn’t exist.
So nothing existed besides one stupid head, and here is the winner a STUPID MATHISHEN!
