The Mets don’t want to disclose how many dogs they sell, saying that’s “highly confidential” and that releasing such details to the vendor “would cause a tremendous amount of harm.”

Magistrate Judge Roanne Mann said the team was barking up the wrong tree and ordered it to give up the figure.

I think this vendor will have a pyrrhic victory. They may win, and they may even get the Star-K to not drop the hechsher if they sell the stuff as not Kosher on Shabbos (or sub-lease their rights to someone who does), but there is no way they get the contract renewed.

I love the Zerizus of that one met fan. Its true what they say “the early bird gets the worm”. Its either that or the game is in the 7th inning and all the Met fans went home already.
