Bergen County’s prosecutor says investigators found multiple Molotov cocktails this week in a wooded area near the Jewish Community Center of Paramus (puh-RAM’-us). They say they’ve connected the bombs and a bike found in the same area to suspect Anthony Graziano.
The 19-year-old Graziano was charged this week with firebomb attacks on synagogues in Paramus and Rutherford this month.
He’s now charged with aggravated arson and bias intimidation for the planned attack on the community center. If convicted on all charges, he could face up to 95 years in prison.
Fantastic work by all the law enforcement agencies in NJ that were involved in his capture and probably saved lives had his plans continued. I’m hopeful that with all the effort put into finding him that the authorities are covering their steps to ensure that he is tried and convicted.
