Bloomberg made the comments Friday during his weekly WOR radio show. A caller asked him to explain his formula for success.
The mayor said luck played a part too. But he said “the harder you work, the luckier you get.”
He said he always was the first one in the office and last one to leave.
Bloomberg said you can’t control how smart or lucky you are but you can control how hard you work.
He also said if you’re scared to take risks “you’re going to fit in with the crowd.”
His other advice: “Have the courage of your convictions and be consistent” but admit when you’re wrong.
What he says is true..
Minister Lapid on how to succeed: stop learning.
It also helps to be a multi billionaire
But the downfall is when someone thinks he knows it all. The misguided efforts to empower cyclists in NYC caused a cyclist initiated accident this week.
He has been successful at making money. That does not make him a successful person. He is divorced and his daughter married a gentile. Money is not the only mark of success. Would anyone prefer having billions over having your child marry out of your faith?
So wrong, desk jobs dont make big money at all!
You get burnt out doing what he just said!
His as advice is true but he left one thing out. One must have a vision for greatness. Most poeple spend their whe life workin hard and the never get ahead. The key is to work hard towards a big picture and big payout.
