Lhota made his speech Tuesday night to supporters at the Gansevoort Park Hotel in Manhattan. He said he wouldn’t spend a moment regretting what might have been.
He said the race was a good fight, a fight worth having.
Lhota was the former chief of the metropolitan area’s transit agency and a deputy mayor under Rudolph Giuliani.
Bill de Blasio was elected New York City’s first Democratic mayor in two decades Tuesday. He ran on an unabashedly liberal, tax-the-rich platform that contrasted sharply with billionaire Michael Bloomberg’s record during 12 years in office.
and the riots will start in 3..2..1..
get the heck out of dodge
NYC I will see you later, I am packing and leaving, I will not be taxed to oblivion so some socialist marxist democrat idiot that never had a full time job can tax me to death just to fulfill his wet dream, we already have that in the white house
To all those who made sure to be on the winning side .You will regret your choice ,right down to your pocket .When the Governor does not allow the new Mayor to implement his plan to “tax the rich” ,he will do what he doesn’t need the Governor’s permission to do ,and that is ….tax all of New Yorkers across the board .And it won’t be a tax for his programs ,it will rear its ugly head ,in other ways .Fines ,water bills ,ect .You don’t have to agree ,just wait and see .
lhota lost when dictator bullberg gave himself a third term.
