Monroe, NY – While a court order is preventing officials from counting emergency ballots until Nov. 18, reps for United Monroe are calling into question the validity of as many as 1,000 votes that came out of Kiryas Joel during Tuesday’s election.

RECORDONLINE.com (http://bit.ly/1ftp0GO) reports that the court order—which was granted in Westechester County— came about as the result of a precautionary petition brought by a Supreme Court justice, and effectively bans all counties in the 9th Judicial District from examining any ballots until Nov. 18.

The court order puts a hold on the outcome of Monroe’s hotly contested battle between supervisor candidate Harley Doles and the Democratic ticket and the United Monroe ticket.

Exit poll counts currently estimate that Dole and the Democrats hold about a 1,700 vote lead over United Monroe, which has caused reps for United Monroe to question over 1,000 votes that came out of Kiryas Joel.

Sue Bahren, Orange County’s Democratic elections commissioner, said the votes in question come from the Kiryas Joel’s Aishes Chayil voting station as well as a KJ ballot scanner that could not be read election night.

The votes are in they lost and now they are a bunch of big so losers. KJ is growing in record numbers and there’s nothing they can do to stop it unless they want to live with peace and harmony like KJ residents want and wish for.

This is pure and simple anti-Semitism. I voted in that country (not KJ) and my vote, as well as my friends’ were challenged by some anti-Semitic neighbors. They sent a sheriff to confirm our identities and he admitted to me what was going on. The Record just loves these stories; you cannot believe them.
