Israel – Shortly after three yeshiva students went missing in the West Bank, Israelis launched a social media campaign on Twitter in an effort to spread awareness and help find the teens, who are feared to have been kidnapped by terrorists.

The #BringBackOurBoys hashtag was based on the recent viral #BringBackOurGirls campaign that brought international attention to the kidnapping of 200 Nigerian school girls by terrorist group Boko Haram.

The hashtag was quickly gaining traction, helped by promotion from the IDF. However, pro-Palestinian Twitter users did not hesitate to use the slogan to draw attention to Palestinian prisoners held in Israeli jails.

Naftali Frankel, 16, from Nof Ayalon; Gilad Shaar, 16, from Talmon and Eyal Yifrach, 19, from Elad were presumed to be kidnapped late Thursday night after they disappeared from a hitchhiking spot on their way home for the weekend.
The IDF, Israel Police and Shin Bet were conducting widespread searches for the boys in the West Bank, mainly concentrated around the Hebron area.

There were pictures of P.A. Arabs, men and women rejoicing over the kidnapping. Hamas tells Chevron business owners to destroy their security tapes. That makes them ALL culpable. If we have no self respect, no one will respect us. It’s time to take the gloves off. Tanks should roll into Arab sections of Chevron, with planes overhead. Give them 30 minutes to return the boys unharmed or every Arab town will be destroyed, one buy one. Enough of this already.
I’ve been checking American news sites and not one word was mentioned in any national news outlet. Obama has said nothing, which is no surprise. He won’t criticize his Muslim brothers unless he has no choice.
I think this is a great idea. Yes, while military action is needed to do the work on the ground campaign such as these show the world what really is happening in Israel. Innocent youth have been abducted only because they were Jewish.
