Blindsiding the Obama administration, Boehner announced the invitation to Netanyahu on Wednesday, drawing White House complaints that protocol had been breached.

Netanyahu is expected to focus in his address, his third to Congress, on the Iranian nuclear issue. In his statement, Netanyahu said he was “honored to accept the invitation” and that would use the speech “to thank President Barack Obama, Congress and the American people for their support of Israel”.

Thank Obama for his “support” of Israel? Any support was at the behest of Congress, not because it was obama’s idea. That’s clear. He hasn’t missed an opportunity to embolden his Muslim brethren terrorists, refuses to use the term “Islamic” in connection with terrorism around the world, and condemns Israel albeit diploma anti ally whenever he can.

Bad move. Keep a low profile and work behind the scenes. He is publicly undermining the President. No good.

He is playing into Obama’s hands who would like to see the support for Israel as a republican thing.
