When asked for her thoughts on Trump, Mark-Viverito called him a “Charlatan,” a “Huckster” and a self-promoter who “needs to become a pariah.”
“People shouldn’t want to do business with him. If this is the best that the Republican party has to offer, I feel confident where we’ll end up in the next presidential cycle,” she said.
Trump was fired from NBC and his clothing line was removed from Macys after calling Mexican immigrants rapists and drug sellers and abusers.
Viverito continued to call out the GOP presidential race, calling it a clown car. “You have about 20 presidential candidates, it really does become like a clown car, and he is the head clown” referring to Trump.
She also stated that the City of New York has various contracts with Trump connected to his golf courses, and they are being looked at, while reminding listeners that people should rethink their business relationships with him.
