Israel over the weekend called off the upcoming visit by Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman after Ukraine voted in favor of a U.N. Security Council resolution condemning Israeli settlement construction in occupied lands.
It was one of a number of steps Israel has taken in response to the measure, which passed 14-0 with an American abstention. On Sunday, Israel summoned ambassadors from council members, including the U.S., to protest.
In a statement, the Israeli Foreign Ministry said Eli Belotsercovsky, the ambassador to Ukraine, was summoned Monday in Kiev “following Israel’s decision regarding the visit of Ukraine’s prime minister.”

Ukrainians have Jewish blood on their hands than any other nation. Their persecution of Jews dates to before Hitler. During WWII they were thehelpers of the SS in Treblinka, Majdanek, Sobibor. They should never been admitted to the U.N

All those that voted against the Land of Israel that Hashem gave to the Yidden should not visit the land – let them go back to school and learn the Bible and the Jewish history
Ukraine already has few friends. They are no friends of ours.
VIN should post the complete article and explanation from Ukraine on why they voted in favor of this resolution. Ukraine said that they’re not against Israel but they voted because for Ukraine to vote against it, legitimizes Putin’s violation of international law. To Ukraine, Putin’s settlements on their territory is similar to Natanyahu’s expulsion of Palestinians and expansion of West Bank settlements without approval of the world.
If Ukraine abstains or votes against, they lose Arab and EU support and work against self interest. EU doesn’t recognize Russia’s annexation of Ukraine territory just like they don’t recognize Natanyahu’s expansion of borders.
