Washington – President Donald Trump is accusing special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigative team of “MEDDLING” in the upcoming midterm elections and blames Democrats for “Collusion.”

Mueller is leading the probe into whether Russia interfered in the 2016 presidential election with help from Trump campaign aides. So far, four Trump associates have been charged in Mueller’s investigation; three have pleaded guilty to lying to the authorities.
Trump has repeatedly referred to Mueller’s team as “13 angry Democrats,” although Mueller is a Republican. Mueller was appointed by Trump’s deputy attorney general, Rod Rosenstein.
On Tuesday, Trump tweeted: “The 13 Angry Democrats (plus people who worked 8 years for Obama) working on the rigged Russia Witch Hunt, will be MEDDLING with the mid-term elections, especially now that Republicans (stay tough!) are taking the lead in Polls. There was no Collusion, except by the Democrats.”
Later Tuesday morning, Trump appeared to be taking guidance from his advisers and supporters to heart, saying he needed to focus more of his attention on issues important to Americans and less on the Russia investigation.
“Sorry, I’ve got to start focusing my energy on North Korea Nuclear, bad Trade Deals, VA Choice, the Economy, rebuilding the Military, and so much more, and not on the Rigged Russia Witch Hunt that should be investigating Clinton/Russia/FBI/Justice/Obama/Comey/Lynch etc.,” he tweeted.
He had legitimate complaints about scope of investigation and has to go into la-la falsehood land.
A person who is (or his workers) under investigation, should not have anything to say about it.
Anyone reporting and quoting his statements, as if it has any legitimacy. Is not doing the public a favor.
If Mueller sits on something, Trump and his attorneys/friends are the people who will be interested in misinformation and getting Republicans turned against Mueller, before anyone knows what he has come up. So all their arguments are a piece of rubbish.
I didn’t see the Republicans being bothered by the fact that Comey made (unnecessary) comments a week before the election, on information he had no clue if it will turn anything up (which it didn’t at the end).
Let the investigation play out, and judge upon the results.

Face the facts the man is 100% correct. And I am glad he is using the fake made up words by the left the imply crimes even though its not. “meddling” and “collusion” oh boy they sound sooooooo scary and really mean nothing.
But to the greater point you guys make silly arguments. What they did with Hillary is irrelevant. Two wrongs don’t make a right. Lets try to address the issue.
Its clear that it to the dems and fake news advantage to shlep this out longer than Nixon so it remains a 2018 election issue and turns off voters. I have heard people on wnyc openly say so. Tell me I am wrong

The same way Comey, Holder, Lynch and Obama tried to interfere with the 2016 elections and failed miserably, the same interference failure will happen in 2018.
Anyone with half a brain (sorry Yono) can see it was the Dems and Clinton that colluded with the Russians via the dossier.
