WASHINGTON (VosIzNeias) — The world has begun to speculate what monumental incident took place after President Trump tweeted out a cryptic but exciting message Saturday evening.
The six word tweet read simply “Something very big has just happened!”, without any further explanation. But the world wasted no time getting into a frenzy.
Speculation only increased after word was received from the White House that the President will be making a major announcement at 9 AM the next morning.

One of the bigger theories circulating is that Trump’s tweet is in reference to a raid conducted by the US Military in Syria in which they were pursuing a high value target, possibly Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, the leader of ISIS.
At this time, there are many reports indicating this may indeed be the case.
Annahar News, a leading Arabic-language daily newspaper published in Lebanon has tweeted what translates to “United States: Raid targeted ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi and led to his death.”

A U.S. Army official briefed on the results of the operation has since told Newsweek that Baghdadi was killed in the raid.
A “high value ISIS target” believed to be Abu Bakr Al Baghdadi has been killed by U.S.-led forces in Idlib, Syria, a well-placed military source told Fox News on Saturday night.
The US Military has not yet officially confirmed the identity of the deceased target.
