refuah sheleima and I know of two residents of Teaneck who were injured by a car Maybe there is a tructural condition on the road which needs unless there is clear evidence of driver’s fault

The problem is that this time of the year, when Maariv ends, it is dark outside, and unless the roadway is well lit, there is limited visibility for both the pedestrians and the drivers. Where I live, there are horrible drivers who won’t even put their lights on at night! I’ve also seen drivers deliberately accelerate on pedestrians, who are 100 or more feet away from them!
