The attack occurred Tuesday afternoon. A grey car with Palestinian numberplates drove at speed towards the soldiers who shot at the terrorist and injured him. During the attack a female soldier was lightly injured and taken to hospital for treatment.

Two months ago a similar ramming attack occurred at the same spot. A terrorist rammed soldiers and then got out of his car  and started stabbing them. A border policeman was moderately injured in the attack and the terrorist was neutralized.
