Pardon my ignorance, but since when does the NYPD call you on Friday that they are coming for you on Monday???? Have you ever heard of such a thing that they call to schedule an arrest time at your convenience???
This is the only thing that ultimately works. Be it Al Sharpton, Rosa Parks, Peleg, Martin Luther King, the people must rise up and protest nonviolently for what is right and what they believe in and ultimately they will succeed.

There may not be a Precint left because I understand that the police will arrest all the rabbis Who have their shuls open simchas Torah. Just as years ago 5000 Jews attacked the Precint,today with a much larger population expect 50 thousand.
This is not a news story. After having read it, I have no idea who this man is or what he is being arrested for.
I find it remarkable that many who comment here argue that the news of Jews being arrested is shameful and ought not to be reported on. Oddly, that is not being said in this case.
